Refund policy

www.modapercura.com operates a simple returns policy. If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us and enclose the return form. Garments must be returned in their original packaging any garments not in their original packaging may incur a re-packaging charge. All garments returned must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, any garments that are returned in a condition we feel unsuitable may be refused a refund. Garments must have their swing tickets attached to them.

Refunds 14 days after the date of receipt are at the discretion of Moda Per Cura and may incur a 20% re-stocking charge. When returning goods, please include your returns form. Any items returned should not have been used. Please note we do not refund carriage charges.

For replacement orders please place a new order on the site.

Please send items back via Recorded or Special Delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Moda Per Cura cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit and this postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your card minus a handling fee if applicable.
